This is a Casa Particular and the homeowner is a Cuban resident.

A property with 3 levels, bedrooms #1 and #2 on the first level, bedrooms #3 and #4 on the second level.

And each level with bedrooms with intercalated bathroom, a safe, kitchen-dining room with gas stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, etc.

However on a third level the terrace with sea view and sun area with a table.

The second level bedroom has a heated living room with air hockey table and TV.
